Almost half a decade back, HexCode Technologies was initiated with the idealism of creating a stir in the world of hardware solutions, system architecture and IT support. However, the journey towards excellence was not a fairy tale. The harsh realities challenged the expertise of HexCode Technologies. Many a times we stumbled, but rising up and continuing was what kept us going. This is our story.

  • Our First year It all started in 2001. Samudra Dutta Gupta was posted as Manager in Help Desk team of a leading bank in Tokyo Japan. After a gap of about 3-4 years I was brought back into a highly technical work environment. Amidst busy work schedule, he spent his weekends discussing about the socio-political scenario of West Bengal, with his Bengali acquaintances settled in Tokyo.

  • 2006

  • We are 2 year old now Our establishment in India was predominantly with the vision of imparting knowledge to young minds who could actually transform themselves into the GenNext professionals. The journey of the skill flow from a small town in India to one of the major metropolis of Japan did not effectively materialize as we had visualized. Initially we discussed the idea of setting up the infrastructure with two of the major players in this field. We were unable to give a proper shape to the idea as there were basic differences between our business thought orientations. We thought this establishment would reap long term future benefits. But this was not in harmony with their ideation.

  • Happy 3rd Birthday The consulting fervor of HexCode lays in the inimitability of customer focused attitude.
    The entire aspect of consultation is segmented by us into an executable plan mingled with an obvious attempt to provide obvious financial benefit to the customer, instead of hypothetical ROI over the next 3 years period.

  • 2008

  • Our 4th Year Over years the Data Center technologies have evolved a lot into much advanced techniques like server virtualization and high speed power houses. There are many problems faced by the various companies in maintaining their data centers. The important areas of concern are mainly the reliability of the system, the much needed speed of the same, the backup process, the file security arrangements, the efficiency of the system, cost-benefit ratio and most importantly disaster management process.

  • We are 5 year old We at HexCode have got the right attitude towards our clients and strive every moment for the betterment of the quality of service that we impart to them. The correct working attitude is required typically to maintain superior work ethics and standards that we want to achieve traversing through the service offerings that we provide to our clients irrespective of the designation—meaning wheather the client is a Managing Director or just an executive of a company.
